SRS was recently awarded a 1M SF plus Hi Rise in downtown Houston at 910 Louisiana. This is one of many projects awarded to SRS by Hines in that local market

SRS was recently awarded a group of low and mid-rise buildings from the Irvine Company in the Orange County market. This is the first time that the Irv Co has awarded a Riser Management contract for buildings in their “Campus Portfolio.”

SRS was recently awarded the 2+U project in Downtown Seattle. This is an approximately 9000,000SF Class A Hi Rise under construction in the heart of downtown Seattle. The project is being developed by Skanska and will be Managed by Hines.

 Summit Riser Systems recently enters the Phoenix Arizona market with a 1 million square foot plus, multi-building project – “The Esplanade” – for CA based LBA Realty. http://esplanadephx.com/

SRS signs Riser Management contract with Rising Realty at 2 Cal Plaza. This project encompasses over a million SF of office and retail ands is undergoing an extensive Telcom infrastructure reconfiguring.

SRS is awarded the Riser Management contract for the brand new Schnitzer West development called the Madison Center. This 750,000 SF bldg. is on the leading edge of design and Telecomm Management.

SRS signs another Hines property in Seattle at 1001 4th Ave.  This is a 50 floor 720,000 SF Class A property.

Summit Riser was handed the contract for Riser Management at another large office building be built in downtown Houston by Skanska worldwide. This office property is just under a million SF in size.

Summit Riser is currently handling 609 Main in Houston which is the largest office property under construction currently in downtown Houston. The property is being developed and owned by Hines and is just under a million SF.

Houston is a new and growing market for Summit Riser Systems with over 10 million SF under Riser Management and growing.
